I created The CANDY Method, helping entrepreneurs and business professionals design their sweet life and win their inner game so that they can break through their procrastination, self-doubts, and limiting beliefs to achieve their desired success for making more money, having more energy, and creating more time to enjoy their day. I offer masterminds, workshops, intensives, and group coaching.

What Sets You Apart From Your Competition?
I am a thought leader in mindset and self-talk. While on holiday with my family, I became painfully aware of my deep depression, which I had been enduring for three years. I used my personal growth development studies to reclaim my joy, rediscover my purpose and reengage my passion for public speaking and life coaching. I went on to become a two-time Amazon Best Seller author, an award-winning speaker with Toastmasters International, a graduate of Dale Carnegie, Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, and Brendon Burchard, and launched my first business, B2BMatched, all in under eight months.

I went on to create UpCycle Coaching LLC, where I use the CANDY Method to help my clients make more money, improve their productivity, and enhance their teams so that they can be the leaders who look like rockstars without the burnout.

I have been a featured speaker on Les Brown’s Power Voice Summit, one of six summits presented to his 1.8 million followers. I am also an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine and an honoree on the Brainz CREA Global Award List 2021.

I believe that when we change our mindset, habits, and integrity, we become unstoppable. What I’ve been able to do for myself, I can now teach to others so that they become unstoppable, too.

What Do You Love About Your Business?
I love giving my audience value and takeaways that they can then implement to get quick results and lasting transformation. Whether it’s the way they optimize their morning routine, manage their energy, set their intentions, improve their health, clarify what matters most to them, I love hearing how they choose to step into the best version of themselves, feel more alive and have fun doing what they do.

What’s The Best Advice You Would Give Someone Starting A Business?
You don’t have to be great to get started, but you do have to start to be great. So, get started, make a hot mess, and embrace the adventure of the venture!!

What Were The Biggest Challenges You Overcame?
The biggest challenge I overcame was my relationship and mindset regarding money so that I could break through my limiting beliefs with sales. When I dug deep and got in touch with the narrative instilled in me since childhood, I could create the change I needed to get out of my own way and start generating revenue.

How Do You Give Back To The Community?
I love networking with like-minded entrepreneurs and business professionals for collaborations and win-win connections. I share ideas and resources whenever I can. And I volunteer my time at the Food Bank and special events.

What’s The Most Fun You’ve Had With Your Job?
I have fun every time I get to speak and share my signature mind hack to help the audience see the best version of themselves.

What Do You Consider Successful?
Success to me is loving the person I see in the mirror and contributing to the world the gifts, genius, and greatness I see inside her.
