What Were The Biggest Challenges You Overcame?
My biggest challenge has and will probably always be delegating tasks. As a big believer in ‘if you want it done right, do it yourself’, I have spent the last year or two working on delegating as much of those tasks as I could stomach.
Now I have a team of really talented people who have mastered each of those tasks I thought only I could complete.
How Do You Give Back To The Community?
We donate our service free of charge to several local non-profits on top of giving 5% of all revenues to various charities.
What’s The Most Fun You’ve Had With Your Job?
There’s a lot of experiences that come to mind, with on so many different campaigns, in so many different industries… but I have to say the most fun I have is during conferences and expos. The energy of meeting new and existing clients face-to-face, ideally on a beach, is unmatched.
A close second is when clients call and ask if I know anyone looking for work because they’re too busy now.
